This recipe was a bit too spicy for my taste, but it was still good. I would recommend using less chili powder next time.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover chicken. I made it with some roasted chicken I had in the fridge, and it turned out really well. The sauce is flavorful and tangy, and it really brings the dish together.

I'm not a huge fan of Roma tomatoes, so I used regular tomatoes instead. The chicken still turned out delicious!

The Roma chicken was a bit dry for my taste, but the flavor was still good. I think I would try marinating the chicken for longer next time.
