Rolo Pretzel Turtles image

A friend shared this recipe with me a few days ago. If someone has already posted one like it please excuse. I am adding these to my Christmas basket for my grandkids. I got the gift bags (clear see through) and will fill it with these turtles and tie with a Christmas ribbon. When I saw them I thought of my oldest grandson...

I had a hard time finding Rolos in my grocery store. I ended up using Reese's Pieces instead.

These turtles are a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll try using dark chocolate next time.

I'm not a big fan of caramel, but these turtles are still delicious. The chocolate and pretzels balance out the sweetness perfectly.
