Rocky Mountain Pie image

This recipe comes from an old friend who enjoys putting a little "kick" in her cooking. It's great served warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

1 unbaked pie shell
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup Bourbon
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup plain flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Cream butter and sugar.
  • Add eggs and mix well.
  • Add flour and stir.
  • Mix in remaining ingredients.
  • Pour mixture into pie shell.
  • Bake for 40 minutes.
