I've made this frittata several times and it's always a success. It's a great way to use up leftover roasted red peppers and kale. I also like to add a few chopped sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.

This is one of my favorite frittata recipes. It's so easy to make and it's always delicious. I love the combination of roasted red peppers, kale, and cheese. I also like to add a little bit of crumbled bacon or sausage for extra flavor.

This frittata was a bit bland for my taste. I think I would have liked it more if I had added some more seasonings or cheese. However, it was still a good recipe and I would be willing to try it again with some modifications.

I'm not a big fan of kale, but I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this frittata. The roasted red peppers and cheese helped to balance out the bitterness of the kale. I would definitely make this again.

I had high hopes for this frittata, but I was ultimately disappointed. The flavors just didn't come together for me. I think the roasted red peppers were too overpowering and the kale was too bitter. I would not recommend this recipe.
