Roasted Plums with Goat Cheese image

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 Plums, halved & pitted
1 dash Olive oil, for drizzling
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 dash Salt & pepper
1 dash Fresh-chopped basil, for topping
8 ounces Goat cheese
1 dash Chopped pistachios & balsamic vinegar, for garnish

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place plums cut-side up on foil-lined sheet pan.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sugar, salt and pepper.
  • Top with fresh-chopped basil, and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Once cooled, spread 1 ounce of goat cheese on each half, topping with chopped pistachios & balsamic vinegar.
