This recipe has been in my file a long time and I do not remember who gave it to me. I love garden fresh cauliflower and this is a great way to prepare it.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 9 by 13 inch baking dish, toss cauliflower with oil, then sprinkle nutmeg and salt over top. Cover and bake for 30 minutes .
- 2. Remove cover, stir, and bake for an additional 30-45 minutes, until cauliflower is tender and browned, stirring occasionally.
