Roasted Garlic on the Grill image

I had my grill going today and decided to grill some ciabatta rolls that I had on hand. To make it even better I was going to add garlic. Instead of just garlic, I decided to roast garlic. Yummy!

1 head garlic
1 teaspoon olive oil
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Cut the top off a head of garlic.
  • Drizzle olive oil on top.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Wrap in foil to cover.
  • Toss on grill over high heat.
  • Grill until soft.
