I've made this recipe several times and it's always a hit. The hens are always juicy and flavorful, and the stuffing is always moist and flavorful. I love that it's a one-pan dish, makes for easy cleanup.

I have to say, this recipe was a bit of a let down. The hens were a bit dry and the stuffing was bland. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

I followed the recipe exactly and the hens turned out a bit dry. Not sure what went wrong. Maybe my oven temperature was off? ?

So easy and delicious! I was short on time, so I used a pre-made rice stuffing mix and it still came out great. The crispy skin on the hens was heavenly. ?
