I made this salad for dinner last night and it was a big hit with my family. The roasted butternut squash was perfectly tender and flavorful, and the spinach and dressing were a great complement. I'll definitely be making this again soon!

This salad was okay. The butternut squash was a bit too sweet for my taste and the dressing was a bit bland. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

I've made this salad several times and it's always a winner. The roasted butternut squash is so flavorful and the spinach adds a nice freshness. I like to add a bit of crumbled goat cheese on top for an extra touch of flavor.
