ROASTED ASPARAGUS SPEARS WRAPPED IN SMOKED SALMON image

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 pound fresh asparagus
1 tablespoon olive oil
Fresh rosemary chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Trim asparagus. Lay spears flat on a foil lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper and a little fresh rosemary. Toss asparagus around to evenly coat. Cook in oven for 10 minutes at 400 degrees until golden brown and tender. Wrap each spear with smoked salmon and serve.
