I followed the recipe exactly and the pork turned out dry and tough. I'm not sure what went wrong.

This recipe was easy to follow and the pork turned out great. The sauce was a little too spicy for my taste, but I was able to tone it down by adding some yogurt.

The pork was a little dry, but the sauce was delicious. I think I will try brining the pork next time to help keep it moist.
