Roast Pork With Maple and Mustard Glaze image

Found online. A flavorful roast that would pair well with potatoes, onions and carrots. Can double the glaze and pour over the veggies too.

This pork roast is a showstopper! The glaze is incredible and the pork is fall-off-the-bone tender. Highly recommend!

Not impressed. Pork was tough and the glaze was too sweet.

Pork was a bit dry, but the glaze was amazing. Will try again with a different cooking method.

Not a fan of the mustard in the glaze, but the pork itself was cooked well.

Disappointed with the results. The pork was dry and the glaze lacked flavor. Maybe I did something wrong.

Easy to follow recipe and the pork came out moist and flavorful. The glaze was a bit too sweet for my taste, but overall a great dish.

I've tried many pork roast recipes, but this one is by far the best. The maple and mustard glaze is a game-changer.
