Overall, I thought this was a good recipe. The hens were cooked perfectly and the sauce was flavorful. However, I would recommend reducing the amount of sugar in the sauce.

The sauce was too sweet for my taste.

I followed the recipe exactly and the hens were still undercooked. I had to put them back in the oven for an additional 15 minutes.

The hens were a little dry, but the sauce was delicious.

I wasn't sure how the orange and teriyaki flavors would go together, but they were surprisingly delicious. The hens were moist and flavorful, and the sauce was the perfect balance of sweet and savory.
