2 teaspoons dried ancho chile powder
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 (4 ounce) beef tenderloin steaks, trimmed

Steps:

  • Prepare grill.
  • Combine first 8 ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Rub spice mixture evenly over steaks; let stand 10 minutes.
  • Place steaks on a grill rack coated with cooking spray.
  • Grill 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
