This ricotta spinach casserole is a great way to use up leftover spinach. I also appreciate that it's a one-dish meal, which makes it easy to prepare on a busy weeknight.

This ricotta spinach casserole was a disaster. I followed the recipe exactly, but the casserole turned out watery and bland. I'm not sure what went wrong, but I'm very disappointed with the results.

I'm not a huge fan of ricotta cheese, but I was pleasantly surprised by this casserole. The spinach and cheese complemented each other perfectly, and the overall flavor was just delightful. I'll definitely make this again!

This ricotta spinach casserole is good, but it's not the best I've had. I think the problem is that the ricotta cheese is a little too overpowering. I'm going to try it again with less ricotta cheese and see if that improves the flavor.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my ricotta spinach casserole turned out really bland. I followed the recipe to a T, but the flavor just wasn't there. I'm going to try it again with some different ingredients and see if that makes a difference.

I followed the recipe exactly and it came out great. The only thing I would change is to use fresh spinach instead of frozen. Other than that, this recipe is a keeper.
