These are really pretty simple to make and very good! My husband is always grateful when I make them. You can use reduced-fat sour cream successfully (if you wish). I have made a batch ahead of time and used them throughout the week as well.

These waffles were a bit too dense for my taste, but they were still good. I think I would use less flour next time.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my waffles didn't turn out right. They were too dense and chewy. I'm not sure what I did wrong.

These waffles were a bit too sweet for my taste, but they were still good. I think I would reduce the amount of sugar next time. Also, the waffles were a bit too thick for my liking. I would probably use less batter next time.

I've tried many waffle recipes, but this one is by far the best. The waffles are so light and fluffy, and they have the perfect amount of sweetness. I love that the recipe uses buttermilk, it really makes a difference in the flavor.
