Rice with a Chilean Flair image

A Chilean friend taught me how to make this. I was addicted to it for a LONG time. This dish is quite tasty when eaten with my other recipe 'Dal Curry'. Enjoy!

I'm not a big fan of cilantro, so I omitted it from the recipe. It was still very good.

I would have liked the rice to be a little more spicy, but that's just my personal preference. Otherwise, it was a great recipe.
