This recipe is a great way to get kids to eat their vegetables. I added some chopped carrots, celery, and cucumbers to my salad, and my kids loved it! They even asked for seconds.

I'm not a huge fan of mayonnaise, so I used Greek yogurt in the dressing instead. It turned out just as creamy and delicious, but with a healthier twist. Highly recommend this substitution!
