Rice Krispie Sausage Egg Casserole image

This casserole recipe was given to me by Lynn Williams and it's wonderful. You would never know it was made with RICE KRISPIES!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 lb sausage, fried and drained
1/4 c chopped onion (optional) to be fried with sausage
6 eggs
1 can(s) cream of celery
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 c rice krispies

Steps:

  • 1. Fry your sausage and drain well. You can add onion, or not. It's good either way.
  • 2. Beat eggs and mix in with other ingredients, sausage included.
  • 3. Pour into a greased 9 x 9 baking pan. Bake 45 minutes in a 350 oven.
