This recipe is a great way to use up leftover rice and peas. I always have leftovers after a big Jamaican meal, so I make this recipe to use them up. It's a great way to get a quick and easy meal on the table.

I'm not a big fan of coconut milk, but I loved this recipe. The coconut milk added a subtle sweetness and creaminess to the rice and peas. I will definitely be making this again.

This recipe is a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables. My kids love the colorful peas and they don't even realize that they're eating vegetables. I also love that this recipe is a one-pot dish. It makes cleanup a breeze.

I made this recipe in my Instant Pot and it turned out perfect! The rice was fluffy and the peas were cooked perfectly. I also added some chopped bacon and it was delicious. I will definitely be making this again.

This recipe is a bit too bland for my taste. I would recommend adding more spices, or using a different type of rice. I also found that the peas were a bit too mushy.

I'm not a big fan of peas, but I loved this recipe. The peas were cooked perfectly and they didn't have that starchy taste that I usually don't like. I will definitely be making this again.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover ham. I always have a ham bone in my freezer, so I can make this dish anytime I want. It's also a great way to get my kids to eat their beans.

I made this recipe for my vegan friend and she loved it! I used vegetable broth instead of chicken broth and it turned out great. I also added some chopped carrots and celery for extra vegetables.

This recipe is a bit too spicy for my taste. I would recommend using less scotch bonnet pepper, or omitting it altogether if you don't like spicy food.

I'm a big fan of Jamaican food, so I was excited to try this recipe. It didn't disappoint! The rice and peas were flavorful and aromatic. I especially loved the spicy kick from the scotch bonnet pepper. I will definitely be making this again.

This recipe was a huge disappointment. The rice was mushy and the peas were bland. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong. I won't be making this again.

I've tried many rice and peas recipes over the years, but this one is by far my favorite. The secret is in the coconut milk. It adds a richness and creaminess that takes this dish to the next level. I also love the addition of bell peppers and onions
