RICE A RONI SALAD image

2 pkg Chicken Rice A Roni
4 Green Onions (chopped)
1/2 Bell Pepper (chopped)
1 can Black Olives (chopped)
2 6 oz jars Marinated Artichoke Hearts (chopped and drained, retain juice)
3/4 tsp Curry Powder
1/2 Cup Mayonaise
4 oz Water Chestnuts (chopped)
1 cup White Mushrooms (sliced)
4 oz jar Pimentos (drained)
2 stalk Celery (diced)

Steps:

  • Make Rice A Roni According to directions. Set aside. Mix saved drained juice from marinated artichoke hearts with curry powder and manyonaise, then set aside. Mix everything left in large bowl and refridgerate 2 hours.
