This salad is a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables. My kids love the sweet and tangy dressing and the crunchy vegetables. I always make a double batch because they always ask for seconds.

This salad is a great way to use up leftover rice. It's also a great option for a quick and easy lunch or dinner. I like to add some diced chicken or tofu for extra protein.

This salad is a great make-ahead dish. I like to make it the night before and then let it chill in the refrigerator overnight. The flavors meld together and it tastes even better the next day.

Not a fan. The flavor was bland and the texture was mushy. I won't be making this again.
