2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of celery soup
4 cups milk
4 cups sauerkraut, drained
2 cups corned beef, cubed
1 teaspoon caraway seed
4 cups grated swiss cheese

Steps:

  • Mix the first five ingredients well in a large saucepan.
  • Heat; when hot, add cheese gradually.
  • Do not boil.
  • Serve hot.
