This is a variation of California Pizza Kitchen's pizza crust recipe, found in a copycat cookbook. It's simple and keeps well in the freezer for at least a couple of weeks.

Overall, I thought this recipe was pretty good. The crust was crispy and flavorful, but it was a little bit too thick for my taste. I would probably try using less flour next time.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my crust turned out way too dry and crumbly. I think I might have used too much flour. ?

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my crust came out really dense and chewy. I think I might have over-kneaded the dough.

This recipe was a total disaster. The dough was too wet and sticky, and it didn't rise properly in the bread machine. When I tried to roll it out, it just fell apart. I ended up having to throw the whole thing away. ?
