I'm not a big fan of remoulade sauce, but this recipe is pretty good. It's not too tangy or spicy.

Remoulade sauce is a staple in my kitchen. It's so easy to make and adds a creamy, tangy flavor to so many dishes. This recipe is a great starting point, but I like to add a bit of cayenne pepper and smoked paprika for a little extra kick.
