Steps:
- 1. Mix cabbage, pepper, and onions
- 2. Bring to boil: sugar, vinegar,oil, salt, mustard, and celery seeds.
- 3. Pour over cabbage mixture and mix well. Cover. Will keep in the refrigerator for several days.
