REFRESHING LIME JELLO SALAD
My mother used to make this all the time when I was growing up. One of my favorites and very easy to make. I don't know where she got it, but thought I'd share

Steps:
- 1. Prepare jello according to directions, refrigerate until just beginning to jell
- 2. Stir in crushed pineapple and cottage cheese until well blended. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
