I've tried many shortcake recipes, but this one is definitely my favorite. The cake is moist and fluffy, and the frosting is creamy and sweet. Perfection!

I'm gluten-free, but I still wanted to enjoy these shortcakes. I used a gluten-free flour blend and they turned out perfectly. So happy I can still enjoy this classic dessert!

I made a healthier version of these shortcakes by using whole wheat flour and Greek yogurt. They were still delicious and just as festive.
