Red Snapper with Caper Salsa image

Snapper is my favorite fish, I love how firm and flaky it is. This recipe is from a beach trip to Neptune Beach, FL and a great local Chef who shared her recipe. We tweaked it a little and added and took away, I hope you enjoy the results ! ENjoy

This recipe is a bit too bland for my taste. I would add some more spices or herbs next time.

The fish was a bit overcooked, but the caper salsa saved the day. It was so good that I didn't even mind the slightly dry fish.

Easy to follow recipe. The fish turned out moist and flaky, and the salsa was a nice tangy addition.
