This recipe was a great way to use up leftover red snapper. I made a few changes to the recipe, but it turned out great.

I'm not a big fan of fish, but this recipe changed my mind. The red snapper was cooked perfectly and the flavors were incredible.

This recipe was a disaster! The fish was overcooked and the sauce was bland. I would not recommend this recipe to anyone.

The fish was a little dry, but the sauce helped to make up for it. Overall, it was a good recipe.

This recipe was a bit too spicy for my taste, but I was able to tone it down by reducing the amount of cayenne pepper.
