- Simmer 20 minutes, uncovered.
- Add ketchup and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat.
- Place bear roast in oven at 325 degrees.
- Roast 3-4 hours or until tender.
- Baste frequently with sauce.
