I'm not a big fan of lentils, but these cakes were surprisingly good! The harissa sauce really helped to balance out the flavor of the lentils.

These cakes were a bit too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved them. I think I'll try making them again with less harissa next time.

I love how easy these lentil cakes are to make. I always have lentils in my pantry, so it's great to have a recipe that I can throw together quickly. The cakes are also really versatile - I've served them with everything from salads to roasted vegeta

These red lentil cakes were a hit with my family! They were easy to make and had a delicious balance of flavors. The harissa sauce added a nice kick of heat, and the lentils were perfectly cooked. I will definitely be making these again.
