Red-Eye Beef Roast image

The addition of hot sauce zips up this cut of meat. It takes me back to spicy dinners I enjoyed as a child in the Southwest. I like to use the leftovers in different dishes-including barbecued beef sandwiches, quesadillas and burritos. -Carol Stevens, Basye, Virginia

This recipe is missing some important instructions. I had to guess at how long to cook the roast beef.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my roast beef turned out dry and tough. I'm not sure what went wrong.

This roast beef is a bit too fatty for my taste, but the flavor is good.

This roast beef is so moist and flavorful. I love the way the red wine and coffee add depth to the flavor.
