Reba McEntire's Praline Sweet Potato Casserole image

From Best Of The Best Of Tennessee/Elvis Fans Cookbook II.

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 29-oz can(s) sweet potatoes, drained
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 c sugar
1/4 c butter, melted
2 eggs
TOPPING:
1/4 c butter, melted
3 Tbsp flour
3/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c pecans, chopped

Steps:

  • 1. Mash potatoes.
  • 2. Add salt, vanilla, cinnamon, sugar, melted butter, and eggs.
  • 3. Put in greased casserole.
  • 4. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over top of potato mixture.
  • 5. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
