So easy to make and so delicious! I love that I can use fresh or frozen oysters. I also like to add a bit of horseradish to the mignonette sauce for a little extra kick.

These were delicious! I was a bit hesitant to try them at first, but I'm so glad I did. The oysters were plump and juicy, and the mignonette sauce was tangy and flavorful. I will definitely be making these again.

I've made this dish several times and it's always a winner. The oysters are always fresh and briny, and the mignonette sauce is the perfect complement. I also like to add a bit of chopped cucumber to the sauce for extra freshness.
