1 cup walnuts
1 cup almonds
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon minced fresh ginger root

Steps:

  • Add dates, walnuts, almonds, cinnamon, and ginger to a high-powered blender or food processor. Blend until mostly smooth; some chunks of nuts may remain.
