- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- Cream together oil, sugar, and eggs. Blend in flour, cinnamon, and vanilla. Stir in chopped apples and nuts. Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until done. Cool.
