1 (9 ounce) package low-fat cheese ravioli
1 (24 ounce) jar pasta sauce
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen spinach, thawed adn squeezed dry
1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Spray a 2 quart baking dish with Pam. Set aside.
  • Cook ravioli according to package directions and drain.
  • In prepared dish pour in half of the pasta sauce, then add half of the ravioli, top with half the spinach and then half of the mozzarella. Repeat layer. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  • Cover dish with foil and bake for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly.
  • Uncover and bake until cheese melts (about 5-10 minutes).
