Number Of Ingredients 4

1 3oz package raspberry gelatin (Use sugar free for low sugar!)
1 10oz package frozen raspberries thawed (or fresh if available)
1 cup fat free sour cream
¾ cup water

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients in a pan, and use whisk to dissolve sour cream 2. Bring to a boil on med heat. Stir to prevent scorching 3. Pour into 1 quart dish, spray mold with pam. 4. Let cool in fridge for 5-6 hours, or until set. 5. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
