I just LOVE chocolate martinis, and the combination of raspberries with chocolate; so when a favorite bartender back home surprised me with this drink....I WAS IN HEAVEN!! I actually found this recipe & picture in one of my cocktail books (tastes VERY close to what he made). I wish I had taken a picture of the one he made, as...

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 oz raspberry flavored vodka (i used smirnoff)
1/4 oz godiva chocolate liqueur
1/4 oz chambord raspberry liqueur
1 oz cold espresso
ice cubes

Steps:

  • 1. Fill shaker with ice. Add the raspberry flavored vodka, Godiva liqueur, raspberry liqueur, and cold espresso. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with fresh raspberries and/or chocolate shavings/curls (not pictured).
