Raspberry Jello Salad image

I serve this as a side at barbecues.

Number Of Ingredients 5

6 oz package raspberry jello
2 c boiling water
2 c apple sauce (this replaces the cold water)
1 pkg frozen raspberries, thawed and well drained
whip cream or cool whip

Steps:

  • 1. Prepare jello with boiling water and applesauce.
  • 2. Stir in raspberries and refrigerate until firm.
  • 3. Top jello with whip cream or Cool Whip. Garnish with fresh raspberries if desired.
