Raspberry Honey Mustard Vineagrette image

Spring is right around the corner - finally! This is a light dressing that you will just love on all of your spring salads. If you don't have Raspberry wine vinegar you can substitute red wine vinegar. Southern Food With Flare

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/4 c olive oil
2 Tbsp raspberry wine vinegar
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
2 Tbsp honey
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp nutmeg

Steps:

  • 1. In a jar or plastic storage container add all ingredients. Place lid on tightly and shake. Store in refrigerator and allow to come to room temperature before serving. Serve over your favorite lettuces. Baby Red, Green, Mesculin, and spinach shown. Enjoy!
