Steps:
- find good recipes for dacquoise gelee and mousse. bake dacquoise in square 8 inch cake pan (two separate for two layers). then line with oiled and parchment bottom and sides of 4 x 8 inch pan; then freeze. glaze with mirror in two shade of pink/red and or white.
