Randy's Amazing Avocado Dip image

This is an amazing and delicious avocado dip. Randy, a nurse I work with, gave me his original recipe and said I could share it. It makes a lot so you might cut in half but not the avocados. For extra flavor add Poco Pica® taco sauce.

I'm not sure what went wrong. Mine turned out way too sour.

I'm allergic to tomatoes. Can I leave them out or are they essential?

Was hoping for a more vibrant green color. Maybe I over-blended it.

No cilantro on hand so I used parsley instead. Not bad at all!

Overall a great recipe. I added some grilled corn and black beans for a more southwest flavor.

Followed the recipe to the T. It was bland and needed more seasoning.

I love avocado dip but this recipe was a bit too spicy for me. Next time I'll go easy on the chili powder.

Avocado dip is the boss! I've tried several recipes but this one is pure genius. The unexpected addition of lime juice, cumin, and cilantro was a game-changer. Thank you Randy!
