Ranch Potatoes image

This is a wonderful & easy recipe.....we cook these quite often, especially when grilling outside!

Number Of Ingredients 5

10-12 red potatoes, small
1 bottle (16 oz) hidden valley ranch dressing
1 pkg (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg real bacon bits
parsley, for decoration (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Wash potatoes and boil in jackets until tender. Drain and place in casserole dish. Chop potatoes into quarters with knife in the casserole dish. Cover with ranch dressing, sprinkle with cheese, top with bacon bits (and parsley, if using). Place in oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot!
