Ranch Ham Roll-Ups image

Pretty pinwheel appetizers are layered with ham, avocado, and green pepper. Use a jalapeno pepper if you like a little spice.

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
¾ avocado - peeled, pitted, and mashed
1 (1 ounce) package ranch salad dressing mix
3 green onions, chopped
½ green bell pepper, chopped
11 (8 inch) flour tortillas
22 slices thinly sliced ham

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese, avocado, and salad dressing mix in a small bowl; stir in onions and bell peppers. Spread 3 tablespoons cream cheese mixture over each tortilla; top each tortilla with two slices ham.
  • Roll tortillas up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap; refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes. Unwrap and cut into 3/4-inch slices.
