Ramen Noodle Cookies image

This is a drop cookies that uses Ramen Noodles. You either use the flavor packets for another time or you throw them away. These are so quick and easy and the noodles give off a nutty taste once browned in the butter. Enjoy!

Number Of Ingredients 5

3 pkg ramen noodles any flavor
1 pkg regular size white chocolate chips
2 Tbsp of butter
1 pkg regular size m&m's
1 c raisins

Steps:

  • 1. Lay a piece of parchment or wax paper in your work area. Break the Ramen noodles into small pieces and place in a bowl. Put the flavor packets aside for another use.
  • 2. In a skillet add the butter and let it heat up till it is light brown. Add the noodles till they get all brown
  • 3. Melt your white chocolate in the microwave or a double broiler till it is soft and you can combine the other ingredients.
  • 4. Add the raisins, m&m's and the noodles and combine well with the white chocolate.
  • 5. Drop the mixture by spoonfuls on to the piece of parchment or wax paper and let set until the cookie hardens and then store in a cool dry container.
