This kugel is a great way to use up leftover farfel. It is also a great dish to make for a crowd, as it is easy to double or triple the recipe.

This kugel is a great way to get kids to eat their vegetables. I added some chopped carrots and zucchini to the kugel and they didn't even notice.

This kugel is a great make-ahead dish. I made it the night before and then baked it the next day. It was just as good as if I had made it fresh.

I added some chopped walnuts to the kugel for a little extra crunch. It was a nice addition and I will definitely be doing it again next time.

This kugel was a nice change from the traditional potato kugel. It was light and fluffy, with a slightly sweet flavor. I served it with sour cream and applesauce, and it was a hit.
