Rainbow Fruit Bowl image

2 cups watermelon balls
2 cups honeydew balls
2 cups cantaloupe balls
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon snipped fresh mint
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
1 cup lemon-lime soda

Steps:

  • Combine melon balls in a glass bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together juices, sugar, mint and orange zest; pour over melon and toss gently. , Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Just before serving, add soda and toss gently.
