I got this recipe from the Rachael Ray show. This is one of my all time favorite drinks. Just remember, a little goes a long way!!!!! Prep time is actually chill time for the glasses.

I'm allergic to oranges, so I substituted grapefruit juice in this recipe. It turned out great! The grapefruit juice gave the mimosa a nice tart flavor.

This mimosa was just okay. The orange juice and Grand Marnier were a bit too sweet for my taste, and the champagne flavor was a bit too strong.
